This is a typical home in the area. The old tires along the roof edge are a
common sight, probably to help keep the roofing on in the strong winds
that are common. Leroy Lopez, on the left, has lived in the area all his life and
was a tremendous help in finding our way around, meeting people, and in
any other way he could be of service. He is a Christian brother and became
a good friend.
